LAS VEGAS, NV (Thursday, May 7th) Ronald McDonald Charities of Greater L.V. is pleased to announce that we were honored to partner with the Sun City Men’s 18 Holers for a two day event on May 8th and 9th and this group raised $30,000 the RMHC organization – one of our largest Community Fundraisers to date.
It was a two-man team event, using one best ball scoring. There were 130, and each golfer received a fabulous gift bag valued over $200, breakfast daily, an awards luncheon at the end of day 2, a hosted beverage cart, photos with Ronald McDonald, many raffle prizes and much, much more.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas was blown away by the outpouring of support from local individuals and businesses sponsoring this event, such as Specialty Real Estate, Dura-Kool, The Maddux Foundation, Glass and Growlers, and GoLow Driving Range. As well as all the hard-work and dedication by The Sun City Men’s Golfers, it was an incredible display of support by our Community. “We are at a point in our lives where we have received so many blessings, and it’s now a time to consider giving back.” said past President of Sun City Men’s 18 Holers, Tony Derhake.
