Create a wonderful home cooked meal for our families, right in the House kitchen. We have a fully equipped kitchen, just decide on your menu, purchase the ingredients and then prepare them in our kitchen. Dinner can be scheduled any day of the year. This is a great group activity for up to 10 people.
Prepare & Pack Lunches – Groups prepare and pack healthy sack lunches that will be taken to local hospitals and medical facilities (by others). Sorry, we cannot add individuals to a group but we welcome individuals/groups on an on-call basis.
Available Monday through Friday (9-10:30am) – A regularly scheduled shift (weekly or monthly) is requested.
Note: To be an on-call volunteer, email Christine at email@example.com.
Lunch Bag & Caring Card Decorating – Want to brighten someone's day? Then our lunch bag & caring card decorating program is for you! Visit the House to pick up some undecorated lunch bags or caring cards and a decorating guidelines sheet and start decorating OR you can purchase your own bags (MUST be a size 8/8lb bag) from local Smart and Final grocery stores or Costco Business Center. You can purchase 3x5 index cards (white or colored) at any local store with an office supplies section for the Caring Cards. For driving directions to the House, click here.
Lunch Wish List – Want to help with the Lunch Program, but can't commit regularly or feel artistic enough to decorate bags? Why not collect items from our Lunch Wish List and donate them to the Lunch Program.
If you're looking to help out with your group on the weekend, why not make breakfast for our families in the House kitchen and help clean the House. Up to 10 people can prepare breakfast while another 10 can help around the House. Your group will provide the food, then prepare and serve it in our well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast should be served by 9:30am. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details. Maximum group size is 20 for this activity.
Do you have a wonderful cookie or brownie recipe that you’d like to share? Come to the House and prepare your special recipe for our families. This activity is great for small groups, of up to 5 and can be scheduled on Sat or Sun & Tue and Thurs between 11:30am-2:30pm. Youth groups must be supervised by an adult. Sorry we cannot accept food that has been made in an offsite kitchen.

Collect the pull tabs from aluminum cans and containers and donate them to the Ronald McDonald House®. The tabs are made of a high-grade aluminum which we recycle - the proceeds then go directly to help families staying at the House. The program runs all year long and collected tabs may be dropped off at the Ronald McDonald House® any day from 9am-9pm. Click here to download the Pop Tab flyer and label to affix to your own container or stop by the House to pick up your free Pop Tab House.
We couldn’t fulfill our mission without the support of the Las Vegas business community. Companies who donate their product or services to the House and fundraising events are critical to our success and are listed on our Community Partners page.
We also look for opportunities for our families to get away from the hospital or to entertain siblings. Tickets to shows or amusement attractions and special services such as massages, salon services, family photography sessions, or fitness passes are greatly appreciated.
If you are interested in becoming a Community Partner by donating your service or product, please contact Shannon Sacks, Director of Operations, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (702)252-4663 x*2222.
Designate RMHC® as the recipient of your own fundraising event – you can hold dances, auctions, yard sales, bake sales…the possibilities are endless!
Wrap gifts at Christmas, hold a toy drive, prepare gift bags, stuff stockings and Easter baskets, cook holiday meals…the list goes on and on! For more information, please contact the House at (702) 252-4663 or email email@example.com.
