Ashley Fawcett

Ashley grew up in the Midwest but calls Phoenix home. She played collegiate volleyball and graduated from Webster University in St. Louis with a mathematics degree with the intention of teaching high school math. Instead of teaching, life took her to Las Vegas, where she discovered her passion for the nonprofit world as the Family Services Coordinator at Ronald McDonald House Charities®. Soon after, Ashley became the Marketing Coordinator at the House. Through this role, she launched the Red Shoe Society in 2017 alongside fellow founding members. She now works as the Assistant Director of Marketing at Simon Property Group. In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog (Jessica Alba), playing sand volleyball, sampling new jalepeno kettle chips, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Ashley is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas Chapter, the previous Marketing Chair, and is proud to serve as President this year.

Aspen Minden

Past President
Aspen was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from Bishop Gorman High School, she attended the University of San Francisco, where she studied Management, majoring in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and spent the following three years in Las Vegas working for a local marketing firm. Her beginning client work was in support of McDonald’s locally, and it was during her time on the McDonald’s account that she became involved with the Ronald McDonald House®. Although Aspen has relocated back to San Francisco, she serves the board and RSS as Past President. Aspen is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas chapter.

Brittany Ambatali

Membership & Engagement Co-Chair
Brittany, a Newport Beach, California native, began her journey of compassion for others at a young age by volunteering with National Charity League (NCL). Through National Charity League, Brittany has volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Charities® since she was in 7th grade. When her family relocated to Kansas City in 2003, she continued her acts of service with both charities. She opened and spearheaded a brand new NCL chapter in her city, which now has over 300 members. In 2008, Brittany moved to Las Vegas, NV, where she began her career as a radiology technologist. While working at Sunrise Children’s Hospital, Brittany saw firsthand, many patients and patient’s families benefitting from RMHC®. Wherever Brittany has moved, she always found her home in helping others and thoroughly enjoys giving her time to the Las Vegas community. Now, as the Membership and Engagement Co-Chair, she brings her talents of gathering others to join forces to help make a difference. In her free time, Brittany enjoys skiing and snorkeling all over the world with her husband, Mark. Brittany is a founding member of RSS and is excited to be the first of Co-Chairs for the newly founded M&E Team.
Mike Brady

Membership & Engagement Co-Chair
Originally from a military family, Mike has lived all over the world. He grew up in New York and California, and lived in Germany for 5 years, where he graduated from high school. Mike attended Siena College in New York, where he studied business on an Army ROTC scholarship. Following college, Mike commissioned as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer and served one combat tour in Afghanistan. Following military service, Mike moved to Las Vegas and worked in medical device sales and personal finance. Mike is a founding member of RSS and is excited to be the first of Co-Chairs for the newly founded M&E Team.

Service Project Chair
Natasha’s extensive background in lending has taken her across the country and back, but she has called Las Vegas home since 2004. She began volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House® in 2009 when she joined Wells Fargo and has continued to help families since. Natasha’s passion for helping others through volunteering led her to become the Ambassador Chair for Southern Nevada Wells Fargo Volunteers. She also serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for Ignite Life, a local non-profit that equips, empowers and mobilizes women to effect change in their communities. When she's not working, she enjoys traveling and festivals or sitting somewhere cozy reading a good book. Natasha is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas chapter and is honored to serve as the Service Project Chair.

Hanna Eakin

Marketing & Communications Chair
Originally from Canada, Hanna later found herself in Dallas, Texas, where she served as the Auction Co-Chair for the young professionals chapter, Young Friends of Ronald McDonald House® Dallas. Eventually, she relocated to Las Vegas where she began volunteering at the front desk of Ronald McDonald House®. Hanna is a Master of Business Administration student with a background in Kinesiology and Applied Health. She thrives on traveling and discovering new places to hike while doing so with her husband and two dogs! This is Hanna’s second year on the Red Shoe Society Board – Las Vegas Chapter, previously the Fundraising Chair, and is proud to serve as the Marketing & Communications Chair this year.

Social & Recruitment Co-Chair
Amy was born in Burlington, North Carolina, and moved around a bit before settling in San Diego where she mostly grew up. She graduated from the University of Washington (GO HUSKIES!), where she studied Communication, International Studies, and Political Science. She is now Hotel Manager in Group Services at Venetian|Palazzo Resorts and absolutely loves her job and team. She does not have any pets but loves animals and has offered to dog-sit any time! Her hobbies include traveling, snowboarding, volleyball, hiking, camping, and volunteering. Amy is proud to serve as a Social & Recruitment Co-Chair for the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas Chapter.

Mike McNamara

A deep-rooted family man, Mike has an undying passion for helping families aside from his own. Beginning with the prestigious Coldwell Banker Group as a personal assistant, Mike eventually branched off on his own. He currently operates the Mike McNamara Group, where he specializes in short sales, buying, selling, and investing. He was recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” Real Estate agent for 2017. He is committed to maintaining honesty and respect throughout his business and personal life. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, canyoneering, and coaching boys’ soccer! Mike is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas Chapter and is proud to serve as a Social and Recruitment Co-Chair for the second year.

Brittany was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from Boulder City High School, she attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. She then began a career working for HCA Healthcare, now going on 3 years. She is also currently a Master of Business Administration student. In her free time Brittany enjoys travelling any chance she can get and loves spending time with family and friends. Brittany is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas chapter and is proud to serve as the Fundraising Chair.
