President
Originally from the Midwest, Ashley relocated to Las Vegas from Arizona in 2015. She played collegiate volleyball and graduated from Webster University in St. Louis with a mathematics degree and the intention of teaching high school math. Instead of teaching, life took her to Las Vegas, where she discovered her passion for the nonprofit world working at Ronald McDonald House Charities® of greater Las Vegas. Through her role as Marketing Coordinator, she launched the Red Shoe Society in 2017 alongside fellow founding members. Now working in marketing for Simon Property Group at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, she is passionate about giving back to RMHC through this amazing group. In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog (Jessica Alba), playing sand volleyball, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Ashley is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas Chapter and is proud to serve as President for the second year.
Brittany Ambatali

Brittany Ambatali

Membership & Engagement Co-Chair
Brittany, a Newport Beach, California native, began her journey of compassion for others at a young age by volunteering with National Charity League (NCL). Through National Charity League, Brittany has volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Charities® since she was in 7th grade. When her family relocated to Kansas City in 2003, she continued her acts of service with both charities. She opened and spearheaded a brand new NCL chapter in her city, which now has over 300 members. In 2008, Brittany moved to Las Vegas, NV, where she began her career as a radiology technologist. While working at Sunrise Children’s Hospital, Brittany saw firsthand, many patients and patient’s families benefitting from RMHC®. Wherever Brittany has moved, she always found her home in helping others and thoroughly enjoys giving her time to the Las Vegas community. Now, as the Membership and Engagement Co-Chair, she brings her talents of gathering others to join forces to help make a difference. In her free time, Brittany enjoys skiing and snorkeling all over the world with her husband, Mark. Brittany is a founding member of RSS and is excited to be the first of Co-Chairs for the newly founded M&E Team.
Mike Brady

Mike Brady

Membership & Engagement Co-Chair
Originally from a military family, Mike has lived all over the world. He grew up in New York and California, and lived in Germany for 5 years, where he graduated from high school. Mike attended Siena College in New York, where he studied business on an Army ROTC scholarship. Following college, Mike commissioned as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer and served one combat tour in Afghanistan. Following military service, Mike moved to Las Vegas and worked in medical device sales and personal finance. He is now currently pursuing a MBA in Finance and HR Management at UNLV. Mike is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas chapter and is honored to serve as Membership & Engagement Co-Chair for the second year.

Service Project Chair
Natasha’s extensive background in lending has taken her across the country and back, but she has called Las Vegas home since 2004. She began volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House® in 2009 when she joined Wells Fargo and has continued to help families since. Natasha’s passion for helping others through volunteering led her to become the Ambassador Chair for Southern Nevada Wells Fargo Volunteers. She also serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for Ignite Life, a local non-profit that equips, empowers and mobilizes women to effect change in their communities. When she's not working, she enjoys traveling, festivals or sitting somewhere cozy reading a good book. Natasha is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas chapter and is honored to serve as the Service Project Chair for the second year.

Buffy LeBlanc

Marketing & Communications Chair
Originally from New Hampshire, Buffy headed out to Orlando, FL after high school to complete an internship with the Walt Disney World Company. She loved Disney so much she stayed a total of 6 years “making magic” for “The Mouse.” With a passion for helping people, she has volunteered with many organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Give Kids the World, Meals on Wheels & Three Square. Buffy completed Actor training at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles in 2016 and a year later moved to the Fabulous City of Las Vegas. Here she performs condensed versions of Shakespeare’s plays with the amazing Bard at the Bar Theater Company. She thrives off of traveling and spending time with her friends & family all around the country as much as possible. This is Buffy’s second year with the Red Shoe Society and she is proud to be serving as Marketing & Communication Chair this year.

Amy was born in Burlington, North Carolina, and moved around a bit before settling in San Diego where she mostly grew up. She graduated from the University of Washington (GO HUSKIES!), where she studied Communication, International Studies, and Political Science. She is now Hotel Manager in Group Services at Venetian|Palazzo Resorts and absolutely loves her job and team. She does not have any pets but loves animals and has offered to dog-sit any time! Her hobbies include traveling, snowboarding, volleyball, hiking, camping, and volunteering. Amy is proud to serve as a Social & Recruitment Co-Chair for the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas Chapter.

Mike McNamara

Social & Recruitment Co-Chair
A deep-rooted family man, Mike has an undying passion for helping families aside from his own. Beginning with the prestigious Coldwell Banker Group as a personal assistant, Mike eventually branched off on his own. He currently operates the Mike McNamara Group, where he specializes in short sales, buying, selling, and investing. He was recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” Real Estate agent for 2017. He is committed to maintaining honesty and respect throughout his business and personal life. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, canyoneering, and coaching boys’ soccer! Mike is a founding member of the Red Shoe Society – Las Vegas Chapter and is proud to serve as a Social and Recruitment Co-Chair for the second year.
Christopher Militano

Christopher Militano

Fundraising Co-Chair
Raised in Florida, Christopher Militano has been on the East coast throughout his whole life. As a balanced man who represents relentless commitment, exceptional analytics, and community advocacy, Christopher obtained his Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Master of Science in Management at the University of Florida. He is a former RSS founder associated with the Red Shoe Society of North Central Florida and not only served as the Membership Vice President but also was the President of the Florida chapter from August 2017 to January 2019. Christopher is deeply rooted in the commitment to community advocacy in order to spread the awareness of the Ronald McDonald House Charities' mission through volunteering, fundraising, and networking. During his time at the University of Florida, Christopher worked as a fiscal assistant for nearly four years in the Department of Pediatrics at UF Health before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. Christopher is now an accounting specialist for WBF Management LLC, which owns and operates forty-three McDonald’s stores between Las Vegas and Phoenix. This is Christopher’s second year with the Red Shoe Society and is proud to be serving as Fundraising Co-Chair this year.
Aaron Fisher

Fundraising Co-Chair
Aaron was born and lived near Lake Tahoe in the small town of Truckee, CA until he was 9 years old, moving to Reno then to Phoenix, AZ where he lived until he graduated high school. After graduating high school, Aaron attended California State University-Chico studying Political Science. During his Junior year Aaron studied abroad in The Hague in the Netherlands, where his maternal grandfather was born and raised. After working in politics for 10 years, Aaron became an employee of the State of Nevada working at the Department of Motor Vehicles, a position in which he gets to practice his love of helping others. Since 2018 Aaron has been a member of Red Shoe Society helping with planning Fundraisers, Socials and Service Projects benefit the Ronald McDonald House’s families, an organization his step Great Grandfather helped found in Philadelphia, PA. Aaron is proud to have been elected to serve as Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee with his good friend Chris Militano. Aaron is looking forward to working with his co-chair and the members of the fundraising committee to create exciting events to raise money for the House.
Jacqueline Cruz

Jacqueline Cruz

RMHC Liaison, Development Director
Jacqueline joined the House as the Special Events Coordinator in 2016 and started serving as the Director of Development in 2019. Prior to RMHC, Jacqueline served in the public sector managing community events and programs for elected officials as well as political fundraising and campaign events. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas in 2015, her community engagement efforts focused on connecting valuable educational and health resources to families in need, and she is grateful to continue supporting this work in a non-profit setting. Jacqueline holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley and is dedicated to always learning and building her craft. She enjoys the Vegas trails and eateries and traveling with her husband of five years, toddler son, and baby girl. They have only deepened her love of RMHC's mission to keep families together.
Carolyn Kresser

Carolyn Kresser

RMHC Liaison, Marketing Coordinator
Carolyn is a Midwest native but now calls the West Coast home. Carolyn grew up in Iowa and received a Communications & Journalism degree from the University of Iowa. Shortly after college, she moved to Las Vegas and worked for FOX5 News as both a producer and the Assignment Manager, and also as the Coordinating Producer for KNPR’s “State of Nevada” public affairs program. After a brief stint in Germany, she then moved to Seattle, where she worked at the FOX affiliate. After several years of the wet climate in the Pacific Northwest, she decided to move back home to the warmer and drier climate of the Southwest, where she ended up finding the perfect fit at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas.
