Due to the COVID-19 situation, all volunteer programs, including meal programs, are temporarily suspended. Please check back for updates on when we’re able to welcome back our volunteers!
In the meantime, if you’d like to help out from home – you can continue to collect pop tabs or decorate caring cards for our lunch program (at this time, we’d prefer decorated caring cards versus lunch bags). Click HERE for more information on our caring card decorating guidelines. Thank you!
We all enjoy coming home to a freshly prepared meal and our guest families are no different. After spending a long day at their child's bedside, preparing a meal is one of the last things on their minds.
We invite groups to come to the Ronald McDonald House® and prepare a comforting home-cooked meal for our families. Dinner groups purchase the food, then prepare and serve it in our well-equipped kitchen. All food must be prepared in our kitchen.
Dinner groups should be no larger than 10 people – if your group is larger than 10 please request a second date to accommodate everyone who wants to help. Sorry, we cannot add individuals to a group who is already signed up.
Groups with minors (17 years and younger) must have an adult actively supervising them. Anyone 17 and under must have their parent/guardian sign our Volunteer Liability Release Form – if it's not signed, they won't be able to participate.
All dinner program dates must be requested through this page. Please select a date and alternate date from the calendar below and sign up here. The calendar will not automatically update with your group’s name. Until you receive a confirmation email, your date is not guaranteed.
Note: If a date is blank, you are able to request it. This calendar is only updated once a week.
Thank you to all of our Dinner Group Volunteers!
