We have reinstated our Dinner Program, but with some changes due to COVID 19.
Volunteer groups are now limited to FOUR volunteers, and we are not currently permitting anyone under 14 to participate in this volunteer activity. Dinner groups should be prepared to have dinner ready by 6pm. All volunteers must also adhere to our Health & Safety protocols, including wearing PPE correctly and undergoing a temperature check. Please read the FAQs and the Meal Preparation Guidelines for full details.
For groups who don't yet feel comfortable coming into the House, we're still offering the option to sponsor a meal by providing gift cards, catering a meal from a local restaurant, or making a $50 donation HERE.
We all enjoy coming home to a freshly prepared meal and our guest families are no different. After spending a long day at their child's bedside, preparing a meal is one of the last things on their minds.
We invite groups to come to the Ronald McDonald House® and prepare a comforting home-cooked meal for our families. Dinner groups purchase the food, then prepare and serve it in our well-equipped kitchen. All food must be prepared in our kitchen.
Dinner groups should be no larger than 4 people – if your group is larger than 4, please request a second date to accommodate everyone who wants to help. Sorry, we cannot add individuals to a group who is already signed up.
We are currently not allowing anyone under 14 to participate in the Dinner Program.
All dinner program dates must be requested through this page. Please select a date and alternate date from the calendar below and sign up here. The calendar will not automatically update with your group’s name - until you receive a confirmation email, your date is not guaranteed.
Note: If a date is blank, you are able to request it. This calendar is only updated once a week.
Thank you to all of our Dinner Group Volunteers!
